Just Salad Expands With First Nassau County Location

WESTBURY, NY — While more people are engaging in a healthier lifestyle, business owners are taking notice.

Just Salad has opened its first location in Nassau County.

The Westbury Just Salad began with a soft launch last month.

"Just Salad is excited to bring its mission of everyday health and sustainability to the Westbury community," Kevin Jean Louis, Restaurant Team Leader at Just Salad's Westbury location, said.

It occupies 2,583 total square feet with indoor seating for 58 people, including booths and tables.

The official grand opening was scheduled for April 25 with the Westbury Chamber of Commerce joining the ribbon cutting.

As part of the kick-off, every customer who orders in-store from April 26-29 between noon and 2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. will receive a discounted $5 meal.

Community workers can purchase $5 meals on Wednesday, May 1

Just Salad, which has more than two dozen locations across the five boroughs, launched on Long Island earlier this year in Commack. Expansion is still to come in Oceanside and Huntington in 2023.

Just Salad offers more than 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls and more.
