Glen Cove Man Connected To Fatal Heroin Overdose Pleads Not Guilty: Report
Fentanyl residue was discovered in a plastic bag at the overdose victim's residence, a report says.

An alleged Glen Cove heroin dealer connected to a fatal overdose was arraigned on Tuesday in Central Islip federal court.
Eveen Cullum, 26, pleaded not guilty to charges of distribution of fentanyl and attempted distribution of fentanyl, News 12 reports.
Cullum did admit to selling the man drugs that caused a fatal overdose, the publication reports.

Cullum and Chelsea Prendergast, 25, of Glen Head, were arrested in May following an investigation into the fatal overdose death of a 27-year-old Glen Cove man.
According to the New York Daily News, fentanyl residue was discovered in a plastic bag at the overdose victim's residence and Cullum reportedly possessed fentanyl at the time of his arrest.

He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted, the NYDN reports.
