Gloria Estefan Tribute Band To Perform In Glen Cove

A Gloria Estefan tribute band wants you to “get on your feet” for a free performance in Glen Cove on Sunday.

The show, sponsored by Glen Cove Hospital Northwell Health, kicks off at 7:30 p.m. at Morgan Park, located on Germaine Street at the end of Landing Road. Residents and their children are welcome to bring a blanket and chairs or even set up a picnic.

Nikki Torres and The Rhythm Machine Band will recreate the excitement of the seven-time Emmy award-winner Gloria Estefan and The Miami Sound Machine Band.

Torres, who has sung background and toured the world with major artists, will cover all of Estefan’s most memorable hit songs.

In the event of rain, the concert will be held in St. Patrick’s Parish Hall, located on Pearsall Avenue in Glen Cove.

Morgan Park Summer Music Festival is a nonprofit organization that has been providing free concerts in the park for 58 years. The shows are completely funded through donations received from businesses and individuals.
