Nassau Verizon Store Robbed By Masked Man With Handgun: Cops
BREAKING: Police say a masked man with a handgun ordered a worker into a back room and raided a safe.

GREENVALE, NY — Police are searching for an armed robber who they say forced a Verizon store worker to go into a back room and made off with cellphones.
The robbery happened around 7:15 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, Nassau County police said. A masked man with a black handgun entered the store on Northern Boulevard and ordered a sales worker to go into a back room, police said.
The robber took cellphones from an open safe then ran off. It wasn't immediately known which direction he ran. No one was hurt.\

The robber was described as a black man standing about 5-feet-8-inches tall. He had a thin build, and was wearing a black hoodie, black mask and black gloves.
