HMTC To Hold Holocaust Remembrance Day Event On Thursday
Holocaust survivor Gilda Zirinsky will speak about being a child refugee during the Nazi regime.
GLEN COVE, NY — Thursday is Yom HaShoah, the Holocaust Remembrance Day. A special commemoration is scheduled for the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center (HMTC).
Residents from the area and the broader community are invited to unite in honoring the 6 million Jewish victims of the Holocaust.
During the event, Holocaust survivor Gilda Zirinsky will give testimony of a child refugee during the Nazi regime.

The solemn gathering is a partnership with Congregration Tifereth Israel and North Country Reform Temple.
