GLEN COVE, NY — The bathrooms at Morgan Memorial Park were vandalized this week, and the Glen Cove Police Department is investigating, according to city officials.

It is not immediately clear who is responsible, or how much the damage will cost. But officials are urging anyone who knows who defaced the bathrooms to call Glen Cove police at 516-676-1000.

If vandalism continues, the city says it will be forced to lock the bathrooms each day when the lifeguards leave. This will apply to all city beaches.
