John Gotti Jr.'s Wife Pleads Not Guilty In Long Island Fight Case: Court Doc
Kimberly Gotti has been charged with a misdemeanor assault charge, court documents show.

HEMPSTEAD, NY — The wife of the reputed former acting Gambino crime family boss, John Gotti Jr., on Tuesday entered a not guilty plea to a misdemeanor assault charge brought in connection with a fight between herself and her daughter, Gianna Gotti, as well as another woman, during a basketball game between Oyster Bay and Locust Valley high schools in February.
Both women in March nixed an offer by the Nassau County District Attorney’s office to plead guilty and participate in anger management counseling, a spokesman for DA Anne Donnelly's office said.
Gianna, 25, also pleaded not guilty at the hearing.

The Gottis have reportedly maintained their innocence in the case.
Marrone said there is police bodycam footage of the woman involved in the case making contradictory statements after the fight, and that he has a video showing her throwing the first punch at his clients, but prosecutors say that they have not seen it yet, Newsday reported.
