SEA CLIFF, NY — Long Island's Kate McKinnon, who starred in the hit movie, "Barbie," over the summer, will return to host "Saturday Night Live" and Billie Eilish will be the musical guest on Dec. 16, the singer tweeted Wednesday.

McKinnon, who grew up in Sea Cliff, will make her return over a year after appearing on the show for 10 seasons, making her the longest-running female cast member in the show's history, according to Newsday.

McKinnon, who played "Weird Barbie," a Barbie whose hair was cut and dyed strangely and had a propensity for doing splits, appeared in many skits over the years, impersonating celebrities like Justin Bieber, Rudy Giuliani, and Kelly Anne Conway.
