Nassau Man Drove Drunk With 3 Children In Car In Glen Head: Police
A Bayville man crashed into a parked car while driving drunk with passengers aged 7, 2 and 6 months on Monday, police said.

GLEN HEAD, NY — A Bayville man was driving while intoxicated on Monday night with three children in the car when he crashed into a parked car on Monday night in Glen Head, Nassau police said.
The three children, ages 7, 2 and 6 months, were not injured in the crash, police said.
Cornelio Bonilla Villatoro hit a parked car on Robert Road, and when police responded to the accident, they arrested him and charged him with DWI and aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law, a felony charge for driving while intoxicated with a passenger under age 16.

The children were released to their mother, police said, and Villatoro is due to be arraigned Tuesday in Hempstead.
