New Staff Members Join Glen Cove Boys & Girls Club
The Club is growing its team of talented professionals working side by side to create engaging and supportive programs for youth.

The Club welcomes Amanda Dilworth as Director of Programs & Professional Development and Vincent Wright as Teen Program Director. They join a distinguished group of youth development leaders including Franca Trunzo, Executive Director, Desirae O’Neill, Associate Director, and Milky Asip, Youth Program Director, whose combined experience ensures the Club continues to provide innovative and impactful programs for its members.
Amanda Dilworth holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and brings more than a decade of experience in youth and teen program development, staff growth, and organizational management. Her career includes serving as Program Manager at the GlamourGals Foundation, expanding programs nationally, and building dedicated teams. Amanda also served as a Youth in Development Facilitator for the Peace Corps in the Philippines and completed internships with International Movement ATD Fourth World, The Center for Vocational Rehabilitation (CVR), and the American Cancer Society. “Service has been the thread through every stage of my life and career,” said Amanda. “I’m excited to continue that path at Glen Cove Boys & Girls Club by supporting members as they develop, explore, and succeed.”
Vincent Wright brings over a decade of experience working with youth across Long Island in schools, community programs, and nonprofits. His expertise includes teaching, coaching, program direction, and youth mental health awareness. Vincent holds a Master’s in Adolescent Education and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from SUNY Old Westbury. “As Teen Director, I’m excited to bring this blend of education, coaching, arts, and wellness experience to Glen Cove Boys & Girls Club,” he said. “My goal is to launch programs that provide teens with skills, support their well-being, and encourage growth in every area of their lives.”
