'Not A Random Act': Shots Fired At Nassau Home, Breaking Windows

Someone fired multiple gun shots at a house in Glen Cove, damaging windows on two floors: "Not a random act," police say.

GLEN COVE, NY — Gunshots fired at a Glen Cove home Sunday night damaged windows on two floors, Glen Cove police said.

It happened around 11:50 p.m. on New Woods Road. The shooter fired multiple rounds from the street, police said, damaging the first and second story windows. No one was hurt.

When police arrived, the shooter had fled. Police are asking the public for help.
