Suozzi Launches Re-Election Bid For Congress

JERICHO, NY — Rep. Tom Suozzi (NY-3) will officially launch his re-election campaign on Tuesday evening.

Suozzi won the congressional seat in a February special election following the ouster of George Santos.

The Glen Cove native previously represented the 3rd District for three terms that started with the 2016 election.

Suozzi's kick-off event at the Millerridge Inn is expected to draw hundreds of labor workers, his campaign said.

In the special election, the Democrat Suozzi won 54 percent of the vote against Nassau Legislator Mazi Pilip.
