Woman Struck, Killed By Driver in Glen Cove: Police
The driver remained at the scene of the Monday night crash, police say.
GLEN COVE, NY — A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle on Monday night in Glen Cove, police said.
The 26-year-old victim, Nicole Estefania Guizhpe Guartazaca, was crossing Forest Avenue near Kirkwood Drive, when she was hit just after 9 p.m., police said.
She was struck by a 2014 BMW, driven by a 23-year-old man, who remained at the scene, authorities said.
