Man Stabbed At Smith and 9th Street Station: Cops
A man was taken to the hospital after a fight broke out at the subway station Thursday afternoon, police said.

GOWANUS, BROOKLYN — A man was stabbed in the arm after a fight broke out at the Smith and 9th Street subway station Thursday afternoon, police said.
Officers were called to the station around 3:50 p.m. and found that a man had been stabbed in the arm. He was brought to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, police said, but details were not immediately available about his condition.
Police said officers were still at the station around 4:30 p.m. and that no arrests had been made yet.

It seems that the man was stabbed after a fight broke out, though police weren't sure if he was involved in the fight or a bystander.
MTA officials held northbound F and G trains at their stations while police investigated, according to tweets from the agency.
