Prominent Chef Prepares Traditional St. Patrick's Day Meal for Residents of The Bristal at Lake Success, A Memory Care Community

Residents of The Bristal at Lake Success, a community devoted entirely to memory care, had the pleasure of hosting Long Island Chef, Brian Demmett, who demonstrated how to cook Corned Beef Hash in celebration of Saint Patrick’s Day. Chef Demmett was born and raised on Long Island and studied at the International Culinary Center in Manhattan. Brian has worked his way up to being a sous chef in a well-established restaurant in Manhattan, has worked as a private chef and hosted numerous pop-up restaurants across Long Island. Among The Bristal residents enjoying his culinary expertise were two residents of Irish heritage, one even stated, “I haven’t had this in years, it tastes just like home!”
