Coming soon to the Dolphin Bookshop in Port Washington, author Allison Bassen — the novelist inspired by the Eliot Spitzer escort scandals.

Bassen will be sharing insights as to why men seek out prostitutes and why some women would choose the oldest profession, as showcased in her intriguing new novel Virtue.

The author will be signing books, answering questions and doing a reading at at the store on Thursday, Oct. 3, from 7-8:30 p.m.  

The perfect GNO – girls night out, this fun filled wine and cheese affair promises colorful discussion about one woman’s quest for survival and control of her own destiny.
