With the warm weather on the way, now is the time to select a great summer program before they all fill up.

With a little less than four months left in the school year, local parents have already started planning for their kids’ summer vacation.
And that means one thing: Summer camp.
To help you decide, Great Neck Patch has compiled this summer camp guide featuring a host of programs in town – and many others from nearby towns – to make the job of picking the one that’s right for your kids a much easier experience.

Details:Â Â LIU Post offers a one- to eight-week summer day camp for children ages 5 - 16, with children in age-specific groups. Activities include arts and crafts, computers, cooking, dance, drama, music, nature, sports and recreation, and swimming. Â The Performing Arts Academy (ages 5 - 17) is a three-week program that challengers campers to perform in a full-sized band, concert choir or become part of the Glee club.
