North Hempstead to Host Anti-Crime Forum

North Hempstead is hosting a town-wide anti-crime forum on Wednesday, March 11, at 7 p.m. at Clinton G. Martin Park in New Hyde Park.

North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the town board will be in attendance, as well as Inspector Sean McCarthy, the commanding officer of Nassau County Police’s Third Precinct. Other elected officials will also be invited.

Hosted by North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth, the forum will address community concerns about crime trends, police precinct consolidation and robbery patterns.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet local police representatives and ask questions.

Clinton G. Martin Park is located at 1601 Marcus Avenue, New Hyde Park.
