The MTA is reporting system-wide cancellations and delays due to signal issues on the Queens side of the East River tunnels.Â
The 5:50 p.m. train from Penn Station – due in Great Neck at 6:19 p.m. – has been cancelled.Â

The LIRR is reporting scattered delays of 20-30 minutes for the evening commute.
