3 Hurt In 2-Car Dix Hills Crash
About eight people were involved in the crash on Saturday night.
Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Dix Hills on Saturday night.
According to fire officials, the crash occurred on Wolf Hill Road and Caledonia Road at 8:30 p.m. About eight people were involved in the crash. Three people suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to Huntington Hospital by Dix Hills Rescue Squad ambulances. The five others declined medical assistance.
A fuel spill on the road was treated by Dix Hills firefighters, who applied an absorbent to the road. Both vehicles were secured.

The Dix Hills Fire Department and Suffolk Police responded to the crash with ambulances, an engine, first responder and paramedic units. Units were under the direction of Chief Tom Napolitano.
