Dump Truck Strikes Maserati, Flees Scene In Melville

Police are looking to identify the driver of a dump truck that fled the scene after striking a Maserati in Melville last month.

According to authorities, the dump truck driver was attempting to change lanes on Express Drive North, west of Route 110, when the vehicle struck a 2018 Maserati and fled the scene at 4:30 p.m. The driver of the Maserati was not injured, police say.

The truck driver is wanted for leaving the scene.
