2 Injured In Shooting At Harlem Lounge, Police Say

The two victims were rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem.

HARLEM, NY — Two men were shot outside of a popular lounge in Harlem early Wednesday, New York City Police Department officials said.

According to the NYPD, the two men, 39 and 51 years old, were shot in the legs by a masked assailant at Lambda Lounge on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard near the corner of West 133rd Street at 3 a.m. Wednesday.

After the shooting, the suspect fled in a black sedan on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard heading downtown, police said.

The two victims were rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem in stable condition, police said.

No arrests have been made yet, and the shooting is under investigation by police, authorities said.
