1 Killed, 2 Hurt In Harlem Shooting, Police Say
Three men were shot Thursday afternoon on Riverside Drive near West 135th Street.

HARLEM, NY — Three men were shot, one of them fatally, Thursday afternoon in Harlem near the Hudson River, police said. The shooting occurred about 2 p.m. on Riverside Drive near West 135th Street, an NYPD spokeswoman said.
Medics rushed a 27-year-old man to Columbia University Medical Center in critical condition suffering gunshot wounds to his torso and left leg, police said. The man, who has not been identified by police, was pronounced dead in the hospital.
A second victim, 26, was transported to St. Luke's hospital in stable condition suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. Another man, 27, later walked into St. Luke's suffering a gunshot wound related to the Riverside Drive shooting, an NYPD spokeswoman said.

A man in all black clothing was spotted running from the scene of the shooting, an NYPD spokeswoman said. The suspect avoided arrest and the police investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
