HARLEM, NY - Four individuals were injured in a Harlem apartment building fire that erupted Thursday morning, authorities said.

The blaze at 550 West 125 St. near Broadway, part of NYCHA’s Grant Houses development, was first reported about 8:24 a.m., fire officials said.

12 units, including 60 fire and medical personnel, responded to the 21-story public housing building, fire officials said.

Four individuals reported non-life threatening injuries, fire officials said. It was unclear if any of the injured were hospitalized.

The fire was deemed under control less than 30 minutes later.

The blaze is under investigation by FDNY fire marshals.
