HARLEM, NY – Not ready to let go of summer just yet? Even though fall is here, there’s still time to enjoy Afro-Latin jazz outside in Harlem.
State Senator Cordell Cleare – who represents Harlem and a chunk of the Upper West Side – plus the El Barrio Music Speaks Festival, are hosting a second annual Afro-Latino Jazz Festival on Wednesday in Marcus Garvey Park.
The music begins at 3 p.m. and continues until 7 p.m., rain or shine, at the Richard Rodgers Amphitheater in Marcus Garvey Park (also known as Mount Morris Park), near 122nd Street and Mount Morris Park West.
