Attackers Rob Man Of $5K Chain In Manhattan, Police Say
The three perpetrators punched the 62-year-old man several times and snatched his chain, which was worth $5,000, police say.

HARLEM, NY — Police were looking Wednesday for three suspects after a 62-year-old was attacked while walking and robbed of a $5,000 chain necklace in upper Manhattan, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, the victim was walking near Edgecomb Avenue and Saint Nicholas Avenue on June 3 at 4:24 p.m., when three perpetrators approached him, one from behind.
Police say the trio made verbal threats, snatched the victim's chain, and then punched the victim several times in his body.

Then, the perpetrators ran away in an unknown direction, police say.
Police said the incident is still under investigation, and no arrests have been made yet.

Police have released surveillance photos of the three suspects.
Police say the first suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and black sneakers, and the second suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, multi-colored sneakers, and a black surgical mask. The third suspect was last seen wearing a white tank top, black sweatpants, and light-colored sneakers.
