Child Rape Suspect Arrested In Harlem: Police
Police said they arrested a 23-year-old Bronx man in connection to a rape of a 10-year-old.

HARLEM, NY — A man has been arrested in connection to the horrific rape of a 10-year-old girl in Harlem, police said.
Drequan Drayton-Howard, 23, a resident of the Bronx, was cuffed Wednesday morning and charged with rape, sex abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child, police officials said.
After meeting on the dating app Bumble, Drequan Drayton-Howard and the underaged victim, the pair met up near Third Avenue and East 122nd Street at about 9 p.m. on Jan. 6, police said, where the sexual attack occurred.

The man fled on foot and the victim was brought by medics to a nearby hospital in stable condition, according to the NYPD.
According to the New York Post, NYPD officers and US Marshals arranged for Drayton-Howard to surrender at a Harlem precinct after over two weeks of being on the run.
