Cyclist, 74, Attacked In Harlem, Police Say
The perpetrator threw the victim off a bike and punched him several times, police said.

HARLEM, NY — A 74-year-old man was attacked while riding his bicycle in Harlem on Thursday, and punched several times in the face New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, the man was cycling near Pleasant Avenue and East 114th Street at 3:49 p.m on Thursday when a man pushed the victim over and punched him several times in the face.
Then, the perpetrator grabbed the bike and struck the victim with the bike itself, causing injuries to the victim's face and torso, police said.

Then, the perpetrator ran away, and when medics arrived at the scene, they transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan in stable condition, police said.
There have been no arrests yet and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
