Driver Carjacked At Gunpoint On Lexington Ave: Police
Four men carjacked a driver at gunpoint on Lexington Avenue on Thursday morning, police confirmed.

HARLEM, NY – Just before 7 a.m. on Thursday, four men approached a lone driver in a 2016 Nissan Rogue near 1539 Lexington Avenue, police said.
One of the men brandished a firearm, according to police.
“As he’s getting out, one of the other men slaps him and takes his phone,” a police spokesperson told Patch.

The four men got into the Nissan, and drove eastbound on 98th Street, police said.
Aside from the driver, a man, there was nobody else in the car, police confirmed.

No arrests have been made, and an investigation is ongoing.
The address where the incident reportedly occurred is only a few blocks into East Harlem, between 98th and 99th Street. Harlem ends – and the Upper East Side begins – on 96th Street.
