Duo Arrested After Man Shot In The Head And Killed In Harlem: NYPD

Harlem resident Trevor Gibbs, 23, was charged with murder in connection to the April shooting, police said on Tuesday.

HARLEM, NY — Two people were arrested on Tuesday after a man was shot and killed in Harlem in April, police said.

Harlem resident Trevor Gibbs, 23, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the fatal shooting of Hector Delgado, police said.

Delgado, 26, was shot in the head near East 123rd Street and Lexington Avenue on April 11, police said. He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he later died, NYPD added.

Along with the Gibbs arrest, Harlem resident Kimora Wright was also arrested on Tuesday in connection to the shooting and charged with hindering prosecution, police said.

Delgado lived on 129th Street between Malcolm X Boulevard and Fifth Avenue, police said.
