Estranged Husband Charged With Murder In Harlem Woman's Death: Report
The arrest Sunday came two months after Lisa Epton was found stabbed to death in her Harlem home, police said.

HARLEM, NY — A Harlem woman's estranged husband was charged with her murder over the weekend, according to police and reports.
Lisa Epton, 45, was found repeatedly and fatally stabbed in the chest inside her home near East 102nd Street and First Avenue on Jan. 5, police said.
There were no arrests at the time.

But on Sunday, Dwayne Street, 46, was arrested and charged with murder, assault, and stalking in connection with her death, according to police and the New York Daily News.
Epton and Street, who has been living with his mother in East Harlem, were together for about a decade, the Daily News reported.

Street was arrested in the fall of 2022, after being accused of destroying two televisions during a fight in Epton's apartment, the Daily News added.
Epton worked for the New York Housing Authority, family members told the Daily News.
