Ex-Con Faces Murder Charge In Harlem Shooting: Police, Report

HARLEM, NY — A 60-year-old ex-con is accused of fatally shooting a man in Harlem, according to police and reports.
Tyrone Holley, 60, was arrested last week on a slew of charges, including murder, NYPD officials said.
Police believe he's the shooter who gunned down Omar Espinal, 39, inside a car parked along West 135th Street nearly a month ago, authorities said.

Espinal was found Jan. 7 behind the wheel of a parked car with a gunshot wound to his chest, police said.
Holley has a long criminal record — as first reported by the New York Daily News — which includes convictions for robbery, drugs and weapons.
