Harlem Man Arrested Weeks After Murder, Police Say
A 22-year-old Harlem man is accused of gunning down another man on a neighborhood block late last month, police say.

HARLEM, NY — More than two weeks after a Harlem man was gunned down on a neighborhood block, police have arrested a local man in connection with the murder, police said.
Tomas Dunn, 22, is accused of fatally shooting 41-year-old Saladeen Cochrane on Sept. 30, police said Monday.
Cochrane had been found around 10 p.m. that night, lying unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head on West 144th Street between Lenox Avenue and Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Boulevard, police said.

He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead three days later, police said.
Cochrane lived on Frederick Douglass Boulevard near West 133rd Street, while Dunn, the suspect, also lives in Central Harlem, police said.
