Harlem Restaurant Week Brings Deals To Vibrant Food Scene
The event offers special deals at 16 neighborhood restaurants.

HARLEM, NY — The culinary delights of Harlem are being showcased in a restaurant week packed full of deals.
Now through Sept. 2, the neighborhood's increasingly renowned eating scene will be hosting special prices at 16 restaurants.
Whether your thing is soul food, Irish fare, Asian or African, you'll find it in this neighborhood.

Harlem Restaurant Week “celebrates the culture of Harlem and brings the international diversity of Harlem to visitors, New Yorkers and tourists through Harlem’s food,” according to organizers of Restaurant Week, which is part of the annual Harlem Week festival.

Charles’ Pan Fried Chicken Restaurant
Where: Frederick Douglass Boulevard at West 132nd Street
Featured food: Fried chicken, turkey wings, smothered pork chops
Coogan’s
Where: Broadway at West 169th Street
Featured food: Dublin-style shepherd’s pie, fish and chips or corned beef and cabbage
Cove Lounge
