HARLEM, NY - The cause of a Monday fire at a NYCHA senior center in Harlem is under investigation, authorities said.
The blaze at the New York City Housing Authority Lehman Senior Center at 1641 Madison Ave. near East 109th Street was first reported on the 19th floor about 6:45 p.m., fire officials told Patch.
20 units, including 78 Fire and medical personnel, responded to the 20-story building, fire officials said.

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
The fire was deemed under control about 7:23 p.m.
