Man Chased And Stabbed By Group In Harlem: Police
A group of five slapped, chased and stabbed a 29-year-old man in Harlem, police said on Tuesday.

HARLEM, NY — A man was slapped, chased down, and stabbed in Harlem by a group of five on July 4, police said on Tuesday.
A 29-year-old man was riding a northbound 2 train at the 116th Street and Lenox Avenue station about 3 a.m. on July 4, when one member of a group of five came up to him and slapped him, police said.
The man then asked one of the group members about being slapped and a different individual flashed a knife and threatened him, police said.

The group then chased the man and stabbed him one time in the upper arm, police said.
The five people then fled northbound on Lenox Avenue, while the man took himself to a local hospital, police said.
