Man Killed In Harlem Hit-And-Run: Police
A 62-year-old man was crossing the intersection of Third Avenue and East 122nd Street on Wednesday, when he was hit by a car, police said.

HARLEM, NY — A man was hit and killed by a car on Wednesday while crossing the street in Harlem, police said.
Officers found a 62-year-old man lying on the street about 7:30 p.m. with head and body trauma at the intersection of Third Avenue and East 122nd Street, police said.
The man was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Subsequent investigation by the NYPD Highway District's Collision Investigation Squad determined that the man was crossing Third Avenue east to west within the crosswalk, when a gray SUV driving north struck him, police said.
The car fled the scene, police said.

There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
