Man Murdered In Harlem, Police Arrest Suspect: NYPD
The suspect was charged with murder, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm, police said.

HARLEM, NY — A man has been arrested and charged with the December murder of a man in Harlem, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, Officers responded shortly before 11 p.m. on Dec. 14 to a 911 call about a man shot in the 2900 block of Frederick Douglass Boulevard, and found 47-year-old David Brown with multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen.
Brown was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

A little more than a month later, on Jan. 16 at 9:25 a.m. in Harlem, officers found and arrested Daniel Spencer, 47, in connection to the murder, police said.
Spencer was charged with murder in the second degree, assault in the first and second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal use of a firearm in the second degree, police said.
