Man Nabbed In Deadly May East Harlem Shooting: NYPD
Arthur Hines, 36, of Brook Avenue in the Bronx, was charged in connection with the East Harlem shooting earlier this year, police said.

HARLEM, NY - A Bronx man has been charged in the shooting death of a man in East Harlem earlier this year, authorities said.
Arthur Hines, 36, of Brook Avenue in the Bronx, was charged with murder on Sunday about 8:30 a.m., police said.
On May 17, officers found a 26-year-old man shot in the chest about 1:50 a.m. at 232 East 116th St., the address for El Barrio Wireless Cell Phone Repair Shop, police said.

The man, later identified as Isaiah Brown, 26, also of the Bronx, was rushed to NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
