Man Sexually Assaults 13-Year-Old In East Harlem: Police

A man grabbed a young teen in East Harlem as he pleasured himself, officials say.

HARLEM, NY — A man sexually assaulted a young teen girl in East Harlem on Saturday, police said.

On Jan. 13, a 13-year-old teen girl was walking near East 126th Street and Madison Avenue when a stranger walked up to her, officials said.

The man then grabbed the young girl's buttocks and exposed himself while masturbating, police said.

He then fled the scene on foot, heading east on East 126th Street, officials said.

The teen was uninjured in the incident, police said.

In addition to releasing a photo of a person believed to be connected to the incident, police officials described him as around six foot one inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds.
