New Details Revealed In Harlem Woman's Death
A 74-year-old woman was discovered dead inside a Harlem apartment last February.

HARLEM, NY — When Harlem resident Marie Nemorin, 74, was found dead inside her Bradhurst Avenueapartment on Feb. 23, 2024, it was a mystery how she had died. But now, the New York City Police Department is making headway.
On Tuesday, after nearly a year of investigation, the NYPD's Office of the Chief Medical Examiner officially ruled Nemorin's death a homicide.
Police said that back on Feb. 23, 2024, a 911 call alerted police that a woman was in need of help inside an apartment building on Bradhurst Avenue between 150th Street and 149th Street at around 1:10 p.m.

When police and medics arrived, they declared Nemorin dead inside her home, but it was initially unclear how she had died, according to police.
There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing, authorities said.
