Police Make Arrests In 2 Harlem Killings: NYPD
Arrests were announced over the weekend in one Harlem killing from February and in another from over six months ago, officials said.

HARLEM, NY — Police announced arrests in a pair of unrelated fatal Harlem shootings, officials said.
The men charged in connection to each shooting stand accused of murder, police said.
Glen Galley, 41, was arrested and charged with, in addition to murder, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment for a July 2023 shooting just a block from his residence that left a 28-year-old man, Clayvon Buckner, dead, police said.

Police also made an arrest in connection to a Feb. 29 shooting which killed Tyrone Swinton, 60, officials said.
Joseph Fulford, 25, was arrested on Saturday and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to Swinton's slaying, police said.

On the evening of Feb. 29, NYPD officers responding to an emergency call found Swinton inside his home on West 116th Street, unconscious and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said.
Medics rushed Swinton to Mount Sinai Morningside, but doctors were unable to save him, officials said.
