Real Housewives NYC Star Launches Spicy Pizza Collab At Serafina
The hot twist on Margherita pizza is available at Serafina restaurants around New York.
HARLEM, NY - Some like it hot — pizza, that is.
And if that’s you, you're in luck: helmed by Real Housewives of New York City star Ubah Hassan, the UBAH HOT Pizza is making its debut at Serafina restaurants around the city this week.
The collaboration features a spicy twist on the classic Margherita pizza using habanero-infused San Marzano tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, sliced habanero and julienned fresh basil.

To pay homage to Hassan’s healthy diet, Serafina crafts the specialty pizza with a “00” flour to the recipe - similar to a sourdough - and allows the dough to rest for 72 hours, Harlem World Magazine reports.
