Scooter-Rider Critically Hurt By Harlem Hit-And-Run Driver: Police
A man riding an e-scooter in Central Harlem was struck and critically injured by a driver who fled the scene on Tuesday, police said.

HARLEM, NY — A driver hit and critically injured a man riding a scooter in Harlem on Tuesday, then fled the scene, according to police.
The 37-year-old victim was riding his e-scooter northbound along Saint Nicholas Avenue just before 10 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
As he approached the intersection of West 126th Street, a person driving an unknown vehicle westbound along 126th struck the man in the intersection, police said.

The man was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital in critical condition, while the driver had not been apprehended by Wednesday morning, according to police.
