Uptown Night Market Returns To Harlem For Third Run Of 2024

Foodies, get ready for a memorable evening as the Uptown Night Market returns near 133rd Street on Thursday, June 13.

HARLEM, NY — It's that time again! Another month brings another installment of the beloved Uptown Night Market in Harlem.

Once again, the expansive open-air market, hailed as one of New York City's top food and cultural events, will adorn the space beneath the Arches on 12th Avenue, conveniently close to 133rd Street, on June 13.

Organized by MASC Hospitality Group (MHG), the masterminds behind the renowned Bronx, Uptown, Brooklyn, Vegan, and Latin Night Market experiences, this event will kick off at 4 p.m. and keep the excitement sizzling well into the late evening hours.

The monthly market promises a seven-month-long tribute to Harlem's rich culinary and cultural heritage, featuring over 50 vendors offering a diverse range of dishes and unique merchandise.

Whether you're craving Spanish paella from Paella Party CT, fresh seafood from DownEast Lobstah, or fusion dishes from Mel's Fusion Kitchen, there's something for everyone to enjoy at the Uptown Night Market.

Additional food vendors include Sassy’s Fishcakes, serving Caribbean-based items, as well as Kelvin’s Kitchen LLC and On Fire Barbecue, offering familiar favorites. For dessert, indulge in the sweet treats from Chocolicious NYC, or opt for a plant-based delight from Culiraw INC.

Beyond its culinary delights, the Uptown Night Market offers a vibrant lineup of performances celebrating the rich cultural tapestry of Uptown.

Harlem Run kicks off the evening with a high-energy HIIT workout, followed by the rhythmic beats of Velekete African Ancestral Percussion. The Collective will then serenade the night with soulful sounds, before DJ Cosi takes over to inspire everyone to hit the dance floor.

RSVPing is recommended in order to participate in exclusive raffles and giveaways, but no ticket is required to enter the market and the event is open to all ages.

According to MASC Hospitality, over 15,000 people attended Uptown Night Market each month last year, with over 110,000 people attending total and over 300 food vendors.
