Woman Slashed In The Face In Harlem: Police
A 40-year-old woman got slashed in the face recently near the corner of West 127th Street and Fifth Avenue, NYPD said Monday night.

HARLEM, NY — A woman was slashed in the face in Harlem, police said on Monday night.
A 40-year-old woman was walking near the corner of West 127th Street and Fifth Avenue about 8 p.m. on June 22, when a man approached her, police said.
The man proceeded to slash the woman in the face with a "cutting instrument," before immediately running away, police said.

Medics treated the woman in stable condition at the scene, police said.
