Woman Stabbed to Death in Harlem, Second Woman Recovering
Two women were stabbed early Tuesday morning with one woman dying of her injuries.

UPDATE 11:30 p.m.: Police have arrested three people in the killing of Michelle Kenny and the attack on her daughter.
Ashanti Daniels, 26, has been charged with the murder of Kenny. She's also been charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon. Daniels lived in the same apartment building as the crime took place, and according to the Daily News, got into an argument with the mother and daughter after they'd spent the night partying.
Two other people were charged in connection with the stabbing.

Tyson Martin, a 28-year-old man who lives with Daniels, has been charged with assault.
James Martin, 27, was charged with assault and tampering with physical evidence.

UPDATE 8 p.m.: NYPD has confirmed the name of the woman killed is Michelle Kenny, a native of the Bronx.
An investigation into the circumstances for the stabbing is still on-going.
UPDATE 1 p.m.: The Daily News is reporting a 26-year-old woman has been arrested in the stabbing death of a 38-year-old woman.
An official police spokesman said charges had yet to be filed.

One woman is dead and another is recovering after both were stabbed early Tuesday morning inside 95 Lenox Avenue in Harlem.

According to police, they arrived on the scene to find a 21-year-old woman stabbed in the chest and arm and a 38-year-old woman stabbed in the chest. The 38-year-old woman was transported to St. Luke's Hospital, where she died.
The 21-year-old woman is in stable condition.
The Daily News reports they are a mother and daughter and a person of interest has been detained in the attack.
The NYPD is investigating the incident and has yet to release names as they contact relatives. No arrests have been made.
