And, if you have happened upon a couple of interesting Facebook pages, you can see exactly what those sentences mean to hundreds of users who have shared their thoughts on living in the community. There are nearly 300 members of the "Ya probably lived in Harrison, NY if you know" group and an even more impressive 485 members who have joined the group "You're probably from Silver Lake (West Harrison, NY) if..." to date.

The pages include memories of years past along with photos of Harrison from years ago and even an old report card from St. Anthony of Padua School back then the address was listed as White Plains.

People have also used the site to plan things like class reunions and trips back home for those that have moved from the area. Someone even included a poem about Silver Lake.
