Our knowledge of the real estate market and Westchester (and surrounding counties) coupled with our personalized attention to detail are just part of the services we provide. We pride ourselves on achieving the results you expect. Every home is different and every client has their own aspirations when selling or buying their home. GioHomes makes your goal our goal. Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
GIOVANNI GONZALEZ: We have been serving the community since 2006.
Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
GIOVANNI GONZALEZ: In 2003 I received an invitation to join a real estate company. I was taking a break in my career and the broker of a local company was an acquaintance of mine. He thought that my background in finance and marketing could be great asset in real estate. I didn't think twice since I always had an interest in real estate.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
GIOVANNI GONZALEZ: Run your numbers! In real estate and in any other activity we are governed by numbers. We need to be really aware of our numbers: How much house can we afford? How much money do we need to maintain a house? How much money will we receive on the sale of a house? etc.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
GIOVANNI GONZALEZ: Doing the right thing for my clients. Every one of them.
Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
GIOVANNI GONZALEZ: We are a local, independent real estate company. We are committed to our clients, not shareholders or corporations.
