Local Students Shine at Carnegie Hall During the 2025 Destination Recital
Students from Harrison & New City Schools of Music performed at Carnegie Hall, celebrating talent, growth & the joy of music.
New York, NY – October 12th, 2025 — Sixty talented music students from the Harrison School of Music and the New City School of Music took the stage at the world-famous Carnegie Hall this past weekend as part of the schools’ highly anticipated 2025 Destination Recital Series.
Performing across two incredible shows, students wowed audiences with their poise, musicianship, and dedication — a testament to years of hard work and passionate instruction. The event marked another unforgettable milestone for both schools, which continue to offer their students the chance to perform in world-class venues and musically rich destinations across the United States.
Over the years, Harrison and New City School of Music students have had the extraordinary opportunity to perform at some of the nation’s most iconic musical landmarks, including:

🎤 Elvis Presley’s Graceland in Memphis, TN
